The Hill Rugby Program
Student-athletes who select the Hill
Rugby Program will receive excellent
training and direction in all facets of
the game.
- Year round strength and conditioning program specific to you and the demands
of the game of rugby.
- Individual skills development such as
ball handling, foot movement, change of
pace, running at angles, tackling, goal
kicking, punting and other ball kicking
skills.
- Unit skills such as back play
(including offensive and defensive
tactics), forward play (lineouts and
scrums, rucking and mauling techniques
and proper attitude.
- Team skills such as communication,
offensive and defensive strategies,
pre-game preparation, post game
analysis, nutrition and hydration
information.
- Personalized video analysis to support
personal progress reports.
- The credo will be to move fast, think
fast and eliminate errors!
