Hill Volleyball Philosophy:
Using the resource “Long Term Athlete Development for Volleyball in Canada” as a guide, the objective of the Hill Volleyball program is to direct an athlete towards maximizing their potential in volleyball, both currently and in the future. Each student will have an individualized on-court training program designed to help them achieve this objective, by focusing on the development of individual skill techniques and tactics, mental skills, strength and conditioning and leadership training. The Hill Academy Volleyball is designed for committed athletes who desire: a) to be the best volleyball player they can be and b) to experience a lifelong relationship with the sport of volleyball.
