About The Women's Hockey Program

The Hill Women’s Varsity hockey program is based around individual skill development.

Players skate three times a week to work on their skating, puck handling, passing and shooting. In terms of power skating, the emphasis is placed on stride efficiency and edge control. All drills are individually based and designed around tight space stickhandling and speed to stay in line with the growth of Canada’s National sport.
