What's Included

  • 16 hours of training over 8 weeks at The Hill Academy Legacy Field

  • Professional coaching with Carly Quinn & Tory Merrill along with special guest coaches throughout the season

  • Practices - Sunday August 28 to October 30 (no practice Thanksgiving Oct 9)

  • Team Pinnie

  • Tournament Entry - Saturday October 2 - Halloween Hustle - Brighton, NY (guaranteed 3 games)

  • Showcase Event - Sunday November 6 - Canada Cup - The Hill Academy Caledon, ON

  • $485 inclusive of tax

 

Travel costs, Hotel stays and meals are not included in the team fee and are the responsibility of the participant.

Meet The Coaches

CARLY QUINN

Head Coach - Girls Lacrosse

Carly has an extensive resume as both a player and a coach. In 2007, she was a  member of the U19  Canadian National team, and represented Canada in the  FIL U19 World Women’s Lacrosse  Championships. From 2008-2012, Carly  was a member of the Canisius College Golden Griffins Lacrosse team. Acting  as captain for her last two seasons, she lead the team to a MAAC  Championship in 2011  and 2012. She was named to the All MAAC First Team  in  2011 and 2012, and in  2012 being named MAAC Offensive Player of The  Year  after leading the  conference in points and being ranked 8th nationally in assists per game.

Carly was a member of the 2015 U19 Team Canada coaching staff that made history winning Gold at the World Championships in Edinburgh, Scotland.

TORY MERRILL

Assistant Coach - Girls Lacrosse

Tory is a graduate from the University of Toronto, where she was a member and captain of both the Varsity Women’s Lacrosse Team as well as the Varsity Track and Field team. On the women’s lacrosse team she was a five-time OUA First Team All-Star, and 2005 OUA Rookie of the Year. On the Track and Field Team she was a five-time OUA All-Star, two-time CIS All-Canadian, four time CIS medalist, and Academic All Canadian.

 

In 2005, she represented Team Canada at the Pan American Junior Championships. From 2005-2011, Tory was a Quest For Gold carded athlete for both Track and Field and Women’s Lacrosse. In 2010, she was the recipient of the prestigious Clara Benson Award at the University of Toronto which awards a female student-athlete for outstanding ability in athletics, scholarship and values interfaculty and community involvement.

 

Tory was also a member of the Senior Women’s National Team. She represented Team Canada in the 2017 FIL Women’s Lacrosse World Cup in Guildford, England and the World Games in Wroclaw, Poland, earning two silver medals.
