Full Time Junior/Intermediate Teachers & Full Time Intermediate/Senior Teachers

We are currently inviting experienced and dynamic teachers to join our junior school team (grades 5-8) and our secondary school team (grades 9-12).


We are currently inviting applicants for a full-time teacher positions for the 2022-2023 school year with junior/intermediate and/or intermediate/senior qualifications in:


  • Mathematics

  • Science (biology/physics/chemistry)

  • Social Science and Humanities

  • Physical education

  • English

  • French


Teachers must:


  • provide a safe, student-centered learning environment where students can think critically, collaborate, and acquire skills needed to be effective learners

  • include Hy-Flex learning experiences

  • use the Growing Success document to implement proper assessment and evaluation techniques for the academic program

  • provide students with learning goals and success criteria in combination with descriptive on-going feedback to allow students to have ownership and accountability to their learning

  • be responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the Ontario Curriculum

Admissions & Recruitment Manager


The Admissions and Recruitment Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a recruitment strategy to ensure the Academy meets or exceeds its enrollment targets and growth plan. They are responsible for facilitating the admissions process while ensuring a connected and seamless approach to the service for students across the admissions service.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing, executing, and managing marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly recruiting and admissions targets

  • Perform the admissions process from initial outreach to in-person tours and responding to all inquiries from potential students in a timely, professional and effective manner

  • Utilizing appropriate databases and software to input, assess and pre-screen online applications according to program eligibility and suitability criteria

  • Review transcripts with academic staff

  • Providing support and guidance to applicants throughout the admissions process, from online applications to offers of admission

  • Developing content outlining academic and athletic program offerings and opportunities as well as strategies to attract and generate student enrollment through various marketing channels

  • Promoting the programs and services of the School

  • Maintaining detailed student records to assist with the administrative functions

  • Tracking and reporting on weekly activities of the Admissions & Recruitment Team (i.e. leads, appointments, interviews, enrollment)

  • Produce admissions data and reports for management

  • Planning and participating in campus events and fairs such as: Open Houses, Information Sessions, Tours, etc.

  • Working closely with other departments to keep close communication between them and the admissions & recruiting office

  • Work with identified recruits and assist recruiters and General Managers in the overall process

  • Providing leadership, training and coaching to develop Admissions & Recruitment staff

  • Providing reviews and feedback to management on the performance of Admissions & Recruitment staff and addressing any concerns as required

  • Other related duties as assigned



  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience working in an admission and recruitment environment

  • The ability to network and to maintain strong working partnerships

  • Exceptional written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Experience and understanding of lacrosse, hockey & golf programs and pathways

  • Evidence of ability to research and solve expansive problems using initiative and creativity

  • Proven ability to think strategically, to prioritize effectively and to balance a demanding and varied workload

  • Excellent customer service ethos to enable effective delivery of services to internal and external stakeholders at all levels

  • Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable


Working Environment

  • In-person on-site at our campus located at 20490 Porterfield Road, Caledon

  • Monday to Friday and some weekends as needed

  • Some travel is required

  • Overtime as required
