Europe Trip
The Hill Academy is partnering with Georgia Hardy Tours for the 2024-2025 school year to provide students in Grades 9-12 with the opportunity to visit Europe on an educational tour of significant historical sites. This trip aligns well with what Grades 9-12 History and Geography students will be learning and offers students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the places they are studying.
If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, Georgia Hardy Tours will be hosting a Zoom Call Information Session:
Monday, September 9
8:00PM
Cell Phone Policy
In April of 2024, Ontario's Ministry of Education introduced guidelines and restrictions for cell phone use by students in schools. Following suit, students in Kindergarten to Grade Eight will need to keep cell phones on silent and out of sight for the entire school day (including breaks). Students in Grades Nine to Twelve will not be permitted to use cell phones during class time unless explicitly instructed by their educator.
