By invitation only, top athletes are invited to experience an afternoon at The Hill with Hill Performance & Hill Hockey & Lacrosse
1:00pm - Arrive at The Hill Academy - MAIN BUILDING and check in
- Student-Athletes will join Hill Performance Coaches for a team workout to get a glimpse of The Hill experience. Hill students engage in various workouts every day of the week - from strength and conditioning, mindfulness, stretch and recovery, and more.
- Parents will participate in a guided tour & presentation. After the presentation parents can choose to watch sport period, enjoy our lounge (wifi/coffee) or head to nearby Orangeville to explore.
2:00pm - Student-Athletes will choose ice-time with Coach Ryan Toomey or field-time with Coach Brodie Merrill. Our Hill Hybrid program incorporates hockey development and lacrosse training on a weekly/seasonal basis for multi-sport athletes. Choose which sport you'd like to experience during this exclusive event!
3:30pm - Pickup from The Hill Academy or Teen Ranch
